Hi, I am wondering how I can get this page to display the text from the pages it links to differently: Touring Bike page
At the moment it is displaying not neatly and wondered where or how I can edit how this displays or how much from the page it displays?

Are you talking about the excerpts that are displaying? Try this in custom CSS:
.child-page .entry-content p {styles;}

By default, WordPress will automatically excerpt the first 55 words from each post. If you want to change that default, there are custom functions that will do that for you. You can find them by searching this forum or the WordPress forums.
If you want a custom excerpt for each post, you can add that excerpt to the "Custom Excerpt" part of your post editing pane. You may have to activate it via screen options.

Thanks for that, basically, I was trying to change how it is showing the text, it is not showing it neatly, with now full stops or anything, also within the page it is taking it from it is within a table, but it is showing all the way along the box, is there a way to make it show almost the same as it is on the page and the home page slide?

That's because WordPress strips all html tags when it auto-generates the excerpt. You can either use custom excerpt like Ken said, or use the "retain these html tags" for excerpts in Graphene Options.
