I can't find a way to change the content text style

I've gone to GRAPHENE THEME OPTIONS > DISPLAY>TEXT STYLE OPTIONS

A text style option is available for Header text but not for content text. I have selected arial as the text font, but all the content text is italicized and I can't figure out why.

I do not know anything about code.
