I want to use my own SEO plugins and it's duplicating the information in my header. I've been troubleshooting this all day with no luck. It's pretty messy. Any help is greatly appreciated.
How do I disable the link rel metatags in the header?

Which meta tags exactly are you trying to remove? Also, provide a link to your site so that we can take a look.
FYI, most of the meta tags are added by WordPress, not the theme.
Find out how you can support the Graphene theme, and become an affiliate.

Thanks for such a quick reply back. I've just now been able to revisit this today. Due to privacy concerns I'd rather not post the URL to this project. I've taken a screen cap and removed (hopefully) the identifying features.

I'm seeking to control, possibly remove, any and all of those link rel tags. Is Graphene controlling that feature? I've been having no luck figuring it out myself. Thank you so much for your help. I think this template is the best ever! I have promoted it to several of my Internet Marketing friends and they also love using it :)
I can't wait to see what you guys do it in the future.

To my knowledge... the only link rel in there added by Graphene is the stylesheet. As Syahir already mentioned... most of those are controlled by WP.
