Dear Graphene Support Team,

I would like to change the height of the main menu bar and also the padding around the drop-down menu items.

Also is it possible to place a horizontal line between each drop-down menu item?

Both of what you listed above can be achieved using custom css codes, either inserted into the theme's Custom CSS option, or into your child theme's style.css file.
