Conflict in theme's latest version with DMS Guestbook plugin.

I have this site http://www.domnista.gr. I had DMSguesbook assigned to these pages:

for greek
for english

After updating theme there is nothing showing up (form or entries) on the above pages.
I just made this test:

i changed theme to Twenty Twelve and the guestbook is shown.
i turned back to Graphene theme and the guestbook is vanished again.

Is there anyway that you can help me to solve the problem?

Make sure you uncheck the "Hide parent box if content is empty" option in Graphene Options > Child Page Options.

Find out how you can support the Graphene theme, and become an affiliate.
