Here is my website http://latestideasonline.info/. In "Discussion Setting" I already set "Allow people to post comments on new articles" but nothing happened. Once again comment is not showing.

Did you edit theme core files like
loop.phporloop-single.php? Because comment form is appearing on pages. Eg - http://latestideasonline.info/about/Can you post a screen shot of your discussion settings page?

You can disable/enable comment for individual posts by checking Discussion in Screen Options.
I can see comment form in some of your posts. Here is one - http://latestideasonline.info/how-to-perform-mathematics-online-using-google-search/ So, what's the big deal?

Thanks for the reply, but I don't edit theme core files like loop.php or loop-single.php. It's my intention to show comments in pages such as http://latestideasonline.info/about/ the problem is comments tab doesn't show at my latest post like http://latestideasonline.info/superb-wordpress-plugin-.../ So, what is really the problem with this?
