The blog page on:

is not responding. The widgets wont change add or removing them, i cant change the page format either no columns or adding. I can figure it out - the blog posts are changing or updating when i try that.

That's not a bug, so moved to support.
Have you tried disabling your plugins to see if it's a plugin conflict?

Have you edited theme files? Have you edited WP files?
All plugins are currently disabled, i have deleted the whole page and created a new one this has made no difference.
I also tried changing the reading setting in wordpress where you choose the location of the static page and blog page. This seems to activate some default setting where it over rides individual page settings.
Haven't edited files either except some custom css in the graphene option box
Try a fresh reinstall of Graphene; if that doesn't work, try a fresh reinstall of WordPress. It's possible some files didn't ftp up completely.
