I'm sorry to use the forum, but our email communication doesn't seem to be working :)

I know you're really prompt and reliable with email, so I'm guessing some emails have gone AWOL!

I've sent two emails (one on the 5/11 and 11/11) for which I haven't received any replies (and I've checked my junkmail folder this time too!).

Have you received my emails from these days?

(I have received one email from you on 29/10, but nothing since).
