    Hi all

I have now the mobile theme on a my site “Neo”. When I try to access the site from a mobile device I get the error “Connection problem – The page contains too many server redirects”.

Then I have to push “update” ? to access the site.

I have disabled all plugins, except the Any Mobile Theme Switcher, but without luck.

Looking forward to some solutions 🙂

Try clearing the browser cache, and clearning the browser’s memory.

If that doesn’t work, try a hard reset of your device.

Which device are you using? Try a different device and see if you get the same message.

Thanks for your fast reply Kenneth.

Please follow this link in your mobile phone.

And then hit the first link “Annes ret” in the page.

Can you do this without getting the message?

Please try some other links also.

I am on a Sony Experia Z, an same results

That link works fine for me on a Samsung Note 8 running Android 4.2 with Firefox. However, it is pulling the desktop version of your website, rather than Neo.

I wish I read Danish, because your recipes look delicious.

Ha ha, Thanks Kenneth, but Danish is probably too difficult to learn, English is probably a little easier: D

If you get the desktop version there is no problem. I installed Neo yesterday. Maybe you have a cached version of the site. Please try to empty the cache, and hit it once more.

I tried that. It is still pulling up the desktop version, but I am not getting your original error at all.

You are running W3 Total Cache. Try emptying that cache, and see what happens.

Done. I have now tried a smaller version of Sony Experia, and this shows the desktop version like yours? Is the Any Mobile Theme Switcher the problem?

Have you set Graphene NEO for every single device? (Sometimes I miss one because I am in a hurry.)

Yes, Ipad theme = Graphene Child. The rest has the Neo mobile version.

The top of GM Neo options says:

Any Mobile Theme Switcher Pro now works with W3 Total Cache.

I think that Any Mobile Theme Switcher is the problem.

Is there another plugin instead of Any Mobile Theme Switcher ? I do not want to go pro on this plugin.
